Allison graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas in 2020. Following graduation, she joined a land surveying company where she worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator for three years. During her time there, she began to miss the social work field and working with people in the community. She desired a position that would have a positive impact on people’s lives, empowering them to be their best selves, so she joined the Cherish team!

In her free time, Allison enjoys playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, and serving at her church. She also loves escape rooms!
