Creative Expressions

A creative group that encourages emotional awareness through artistic activities in a safe and supportive environment. Groups are offered to kids, teens and adults. Creating art, particularly in community, can open windows of safety, self-expression and connection. The hands-on creation of art has been shown to reduce distress, increase self-reflection and self-awareness, have positive physical effects and build resilience.
