Thank you for agreeing to participate in Cherish’s Annual Death by Chocolate fundraising event to benefit Cherish’s efforts to prevent and address child abuse in Hamilton County.

By digitally signing and checking below, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Cherish may use your name as a vendor in event advertising material. Iron and Ember is a non-smoking facility and no person shall be permitted to smoke within the building. All property of the vendor will be cleared out of Iron and Ember by 10:00pm the evening of the event. You must provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance and Catering/Server/Liquor license. If you are serving alcohol, your policy must also include Host Liquor Liability coverage.

Thank you for your support and participation in this fun, delicious event!

You will be provided with the following for the event:

One 8-foot table with linen for display
One 30” square prep table
A framed sign with your business name and logo displayed at your table
Recognition in event media, marketing materials, and social media
If needed, Cherish may (not guaranteed) be able to provide servers for your station (not preferable). However, this MUST be requested in Agreement Form.

As a Chocolatier, you will:

Provide a minimum of 250 sample-size portions of your favorite/famous chocolate delicacy. This can be sweet or savory… feel free to be creative!
Provide an electronic copy of your business logo for Cherish to use for your table and marketing material.
Arrive 5:15-5:30pm to set up your table.
Have your table set up and ready to serve no later than 6:15 pm the night of the event.
Provide all service materials needed for your samples (napkins, plates, spoons, etc.).
Provide all needed serving equipment, and utensils. Cherish/Iron and Ember will not have any service equipment for you to use.
Provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance and Catering/Serving/Liquor License (liquor license only if serving alcohol at your table).
Provide any displays, decorations or business promotional materials that you would like.
Provide servers to distribute your samples to event attendees, promote your business, and replenish your display throughout the evening.
Compete for the coveted title of “Favorite Chocolatier!”
